1. The gearbox motor cannot be started for the first time

① Due to low temperature or other reasons, the fluidity of the lubricating oil inside the reducer deteriorates, and the instantaneous current of the motor increases, which causes the driver to overload protection. Just start it a few more times.

② There are gear wear and iron cutting inside the gearbox motor. At this time, you need to disassemble the machine for cleaning or replace the internal gears.


2. There is a knocking sound inside the gearbox motor

The internal planetary carrier is displaced, and the internal gear friction produces iron cutting. At this time, the reducer needs to be replaced.


3. The output shaft does not rotate

The output end bearing is displaced, deformed or worn. At this time, you need to disassemble the machine and replace the bearing and check whether the internal gears are worn or cracked.


4. Gearbox motor leaks oil

This is a common situation, mostly caused by excessive lubricating oil. This situation will not occur when the excess grease is consumed


5. Gearbox motor has broken shaft

① If the reduction motor is overloaded for a long time, the output shaft will be partially broken due to fatigue. Operating according to the manufacturer's specified requirements can greatly reduce the occurrence of such accidents.

② The output shaft is unevenly stressed, the radial load exceeds the rated range, or it works at the rated maximum force for a long time. At this time, it is necessary to check whether the load exceeds the rated range. If so, it is necessary to replace the larger model gearbox motor.
